AuctionDesk Lot Services is operated by CWB Venture, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("we," "us"). This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit through the contact form on our homepage: your dealership name, your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, monthly unit volume, and any message you write. We don't use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site, and we don't collect information automatically beyond what your browser sends to load the page.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to set up and administer your service agreement. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers described below.

Third-party services we use

• Google Fonts. This page loads typefaces from Google's servers. Google may log the request, including your IP address, under its own privacy policy.
• Form delivery service. When you submit the contact form, it's delivered to us through a third-party form-processing service so we can read it by email. That provider processes the message only to route it to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you or, if you sign a service agreement with us, for the duration of that relationship and any retention period required by that agreement.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a message through the contact form on our homepage with your request.

Children's privacy

This is a business-to-business service aimed at licensed vehicle dealers. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and this site isn't directed at them.
