Every day your inventory sits unlisted is money burned.

Every dealer's bottleneck is different. We build a plan around yours, whether that's photography, listing copy that converts, or Wisconsin Buyer's Guide prep, scoped to what's actually slowing your lot down.

  • Built around what's actually slowing your lot down
  • Month-to-month, 30 days' notice to cancel
  • You review and sign every disclosure

Serving independent lots across the Fox Valley

Outagamie, Winnebago, and Calumet counties.

Towns we serve: Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Kaukauna, Little Chute, and Grand Chute.

One process. Any problem.

Every engagement runs the same six steps, whether it's photography and Buyer's Guide prep, listing copy, or something else entirely.

  1. Tell us the problem

Listing copy, photos, compliance paperwork, traffic, whatever's actually slowing your lot down.

  2. We scope a plan

You get a plan built around your lot, not a one-size-fits-all package.

  3. We get to work

Photography, copy, compliance prep, whatever the plan calls for, on your schedule.

  4. You review everything

Nothing goes live, and nothing gets signed, without your sign-off first.

  5. It goes live

Delivered wherever it needs to land: your inventory system, your listings, your lot.

  6. We stick around

Month-to-month, so the plan can change as your lot does.

Not included

  • Facebook Marketplace posting. Meta banned direct dealer posting in January 2023, and workarounds put your account at risk.
  • Reconditioning, detailing, or mechanical work. Vehicles just need to be clean for photos.
  • Pricing or appraisal advice. That's your call.
  • Taking title to vehicles. We're a service business, not a dealer.

Let's figure out what's slowing your lot down.

Tell us what's not working, listings, photos, compliance, traffic, whatever it is, and we'll follow up with a plan built around it.

  • Scoped to your lot, not a fixed package
  • Month-to-month, 30 days' written notice
  • Pilot batch available for new dealers

One example: listing copy that actually sells.

Most listings are the same three sentences with the trim level swapped out. A buyer scrolling past forty of them can't tell your car apart from the one two rows down. We write from a VIN decode and what's actually on the vehicle, not a template, so the listing describes the car in front of you.

  • The exact trim, options, and features actually on the vehicle
  • Condition notes: wear, damage, anything a buyer would ask about
  • Language written to be read, not just to fill a field
  • A draft you approve before it ever goes live

Who approves the copy before it's live? You do, every time.

We write the draft from the VIN decode and what's actually on the vehicle. Nothing publishes until you've read it and signed off, so the listing never says something about the car that isn't true.

This is one example. If something else on your lot needs the same kind of attention, tell us, it's the same conversation.

Frequently asked questions

That's our clearest example, but not the only thing we do. If listing copy, getting more traffic to listings that are already live, or something else specific to your lot is the real problem, tell us when you reach out and we'll scope a plan around it.

No. We're a service vendor to licensed dealers. We never buy, sell, or take title to a vehicle.

You are. The MV2872 is your legal disclosure as the dealer. We collect and record the inspection findings; you review, verify, and sign before it goes on the vehicle.

No. Every engagement is month-to-month with 30 days' written notice on either side. Minimums and billing get set when we scope your plan.

Vehicles presented washed, and lot access on your scheduled visit day. Photography doesn't work well on a dirty car, so a unit that isn't ready rolls to the next visit rather than being shot anyway.

Tell us what you run for inventory when you reach out and we'll confirm upload fits your setup before your first visit.
